"In 2015 Exemplar Commercial was successful in their tender to conduct over $1.5M in upgrade works, which included building three classrooms (and associated works) at the Plumbing Industry Climate Action Centre in Brunswick.
Critical to the success of the project, were working to tight budgets and timelines, communicating with all Stakeholders and ensuring minimum disruption to the Centre operations whilst maintaining superior levels of safety. There could be no risks for students or staff. The project was a success on all measures.
